If you do not see the Pop-up login window it is likely you have a Pop-up blocker and/or Internet Security Software preventing access to the login window. To correct please follow the steps below.

A. Disable Pop-up blocker

OR

B. Configure Browser to all traffic from *.citadon.com

  1. Open Internet Explorer.
  2. Select Tools > Pop-up Blocker > Pop-up Blocker Settings...
  3. In the field Address of Web site to allow:, type *.citadon.com, and click on the Add button
  4. You should then see *.citadon.com under Allowed sites.
  5. Click Close to save your changes

C. Disable Internet Security Software
